crowd>control: live audiovisual participatory perfromance

On Friday June 14th at 6pm, we took over the corner of 14th and Champa for a live performance using the giant LED screen. Working with multiple cameras and special computer vision software we turned the street corner into an interactive audiovisual instrument, tracking people and vehicles in real-time and using that data to control elements of the show. The event was part of the Friday Flash series made possible by Denver Digerati, Denver Theater District, and Plus Gallery. crowd>control is sponsored in part by Artemis Vision, a Denver-based machine vision systems integrator.
